The wire buckle is particularly suitable for binding wood, the plastic buckle is suitable for packing lighter items where a metal buckle cannot be used. The steel buckle is mainly used for binding pallets where the joint is made in a vertical position. The H-35 pliers are used to close the steel buckle.
