SFF - semiautomatic strap feeder - for steel, PP & PET straps
This machine is intended for simplification of strapping larger objects with steel, PP or PET straps of the width of 10 - 20 mm according to modification. The machine winds the strap around three parts of the strapping object. Hand-operated electric and pneumatic strapping tools are used for strapping. This machine increases efficiency of strapping and safety during operation. The machine can be operated only with one operator, also for strapping larger objects. Size of the arch is adjusted according to customer´s demand. Easy operation: an operator inserts the strap into a slot, which is placed in the upper part of the arch, and start the cycle by pressing a button on the control panel. The machine feeds the strap around strapping object and ejects the strap near the operator. Then the operator puts out the strap from the upper part of the arch and inserts it together with the available end of the strap to a strapping tool. Then the operator performs strapping.
