EXP-308 - pallet stretch wrapping machine
Automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine is suitable for low and medium frequency wrapping jobs. Wrapping programs are preset, operator only fixes film to a pallet before starting wrapping cycle and cuts film after finishing wrapping cycle. The machine stretch film is used for wrapping. Control panel is adjustable about 180°C. Advantages are spring brake of film, communication with control unit by mini-display and by digestedly placed buttons with symbols, fluent regulation of tightening power, speed of turntable and elevator unit, numbers of film turns of top/bottom wrapping are adjustable. Slow start and stop of the turntable. Built-in service diagnostic and home position - the turntable always stops at the same position. High seeking by photo sensor.
