EXP-201A60 - pallet stretch wrapping machine
Automatic pallet stretch wrapping machine suitable for high frequency wrapping jobs (45-60 pallets/hour). The machine has a robust construction for high working load and long lifetime. It is suitable for wrapping light goods (dynamic powers, which effects on wrapping goods, are lower than in case of standard wrapping way of rotating pallets). Advantages are full automatic wrapping cycle, possibility to insert the machine in a conveyor system, wrapping programs One Touch, power stretch system - 300%, programming and communication with control unit by operator board, automating film threading and endling, device for ended film sealing, built-in service diagnostics, the rotary arm always stops at the same arbitrary position, pallet height is seeking by a photo sensor. Effective and stable soft wrapping device - perfect wrapping performance on the package angle. Film tension is fluently adjustable. Speed of arm rotation and speed of elevator are fluently adjustable. Slow start and stop of the rotary arm. Number of film turns are adjustable. High safety - because of the robust construction of arm drive it is possible to stop it immediately in case of a contact with an obstacle. Delivery also includes motor driven conveyor 3080mm x 1419 mm, loading capacity 1800kg, speed 12 m/min., width of conveyor track 1320 mm.
