EXR-201 - semi automatic horizontal wrapping machine, foil cut and sealing
Semi-automatic horizontal machine similar to is designed for long objects wrapping, e.g. carpets, textiles, tubes, battens and other long profiles. Application is convenient also in case of impossible usage of another wrapping machine, e.g. for too small perimeter of wrapping good or if more careful fixation is necessary. The machine is suitable for medium frequency wrapping jobs. Stainless input and output work tables are included. Among main advantages belong electro-pneumatic drive, low operating costs and low demands on machine maintenance, simple robust construction, rotation of the moving wheel is controlled by frequency converter (slow start and stop, home position and fluent regulation of rotation speed), 2 working modes (A – adjustable number of wind from 3 to 11, B – continual wrapping), adjustable wrapping speed (max 100 winds/min), adjustable film tightening and unique tightening system with fractional roller.
