The crepe (masking) tape is intended especially for painters, decorators or varnishers, as it protects the edges during painting from mechanical damage or staining and allows for a straight coating. The tape is made of crepe paper with a layer of hotmelt adhesive, which allows the tape to be easily peeled off without leaving adhesive residue and without damaging the surface.
