Such wide and strong PET tape can advantageously replace heavy steel tape. The cost of PET tape is considerably lower (approx. 30%), which generates considerable cost savings. The high tensile force (up to 7000 N) stretches the strongest PET tape dimensions to the ideal working range and thus we can benefit from the high shock absorption capacity.
