This machine SK-14B is designed for welding plastic boxes used mainly in the food industry - e.g. frozen creams. The closing of the box is done by a two-point weld (connection of the bottom and top of the packaging on two opposite sides). The standard version is designed for sealing commonly used types of boxes (650 ml and 1000 ml), supplied e.g. by Technoplast and Mobal. The machine is equipped with advanced ultrasonic welding technology and titanium working tips of the welding head. The SK-14B is suitable for plants with medium packaging capacity (approx. 30 - 50cycles/min.). The machine is supplied with zinc-chromate mechanics, the machine casing is available in painted or stainless steel. The machine has minimal maintenance requirements and has very low operating costs. On request, we carry out individual modifications according to customer requirements.
