The BP-800V packaging counters are designed for packaging industrial and consumer goods, printed materials, textile products and foodstuffs in heat shrink films. They can only be used in combination with a shrink tunnel (e.g. HR-Holiterm). Cheap PE film is usually used for packaging. These packers are suitable for plants with a small packing capacity (4 bales/min.). Simple machine operation : the operator unwinds the film from the unwrapper and pulls it onto the wrapping counter. He then places the item to be packed on the prepared film and slides the free end of the film under the welding jaw. Pressing the welding jaw, he then welds the foil around the wrapped object and cuts it off. At the same time, the excess foil is welded to the foil being unwound from the unwrapper.
