Heat shrinkable films in semi-sleeves (PE, PVC, PP, POF,...) are used for packaging. SU series angle welding machines are packaging machines designed for industrial use. The advantages of this machine include: jaw holding by electromagnet, advanced technology of impulse welding of foil (kanthal planchet placed in ceramic bearing), double-trap impulse welding system, built-in foil unwrapper with foil perforator, continuous regulation of welding time and weld hardening time, regulation of welding height according to the height of the packed product. For more demanding customers, these packaging machines can be equipped with a number of useful options, e.g.: motorised unwinding of the film and winding of the waste film automatic outfeed conveyor pneumatic tilting of the jaw mechanical opening of the semi-sleeve film, etc. Simple operation of the machine: the operator pulls the foil over the work plate of the angle welder, inserts the wrapped object into the prepared semi-sleeve foil and presses the welding arm down. Throughout the welding process (approx. 1 - 5 seconds depending on the thickness of the foil), the arm is held in the lower position by a built-in electromagnet. The welding blade welds the foil around the wrapped object and cuts off the excess foil. The operator then moves the bale to the shrink tunnel inlet where a driven conveyor takes it. After passing through the shrink chamber, the film is sealed around the wrapped item and cooled under the cooling fans at the tunnel exit The jaw size of this type of SU-7055 is 700 x 550 mm.
